How 12 minutes a day can change your life

What if you could CRUSH your fitness goals in just 12 minutes a day?

Let me explain the science of why it takes only 12 minutes.

The Compex Resistance program imposes a unique 'average high power working level' on all targeted muscle fibers. 

This working level is maintained over 12 minutes per session. 

The Resistance program activates the anaerobic metabolism of muscle fibers during the session and induces the production of lactic acid.

It is intended to increase the time the muscle is able to maintain a high power working level.
